Three layers in one very specific flavour combination of pepper chilly and a regular cheddar. A Kodai cheese special that provides a unique combination of spice and texture. The Pepper and Red Chilly provide unique spice profiles, softened by the regular cheddar that works beautifully melted on a variety of dishes.
