From Farm to Table, Naturally Wholesome - no preservatives

At Kodai Cheese, we believe in preserving the goodness of nature. Our farm-to-table approach ensures maximum nutrition in every bite without compromising on quality during the manufacturing process. Using time-honored techniques and embracing the uniqueness of our environment, we’ve elevated cheese-making into an art form.

Nestled 8,000 feet above sea level, our maturation chambers in Kodaikanal harness natural air ducts to create cheeses with a one-of-a-kind flavor and texture. This unique aging process, paired with the pristine mountain air, gives our cheeses their distinct character.

Soft Cheeses: Indulge in creamy delights like our Cambria and Woodville Blue, crafted with care at our Kodaikanal factory.

Semi-Hard Cheeses: Experience the depth of flavors in our take on a semi-hard cheddar, a tribute to decades of expertise.

Expanding Horizons in Nashik

At our second facility in Nashik, we’re pioneering the art of goat milk cheeses. With a herd size that has grown to 100,000 in just five years.

 

we now process over 1,000 liters of goat milk daily, working closely with rural farmers to promote sustainable practices and add value to their produce. Together, we’re building a tradition of goat milk excellence in the region.
